Position: District School Security Officer
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively monitors campus to address behavioral and social issues.
  • Performs regular inspections of school facilities, including buildings and parking areas, utilizing surveillance systems and alarm technologies.
  • Provides guidance to students to enhance their experience within the educational setting.
  • Manages security operations for crowd and vehicle management during events and activities.
  • Collaborates with law enforcement on incidents related to criminal behavior.
  • Keeps accurate records including police documentation and activity reports.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Law Enforcement or Military service.
  • Genuine interest in the security sector.
  • Capability to fulfill physical job demands.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (Word and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Must secure WA and OR state security licenses.
  • Possession of a valid DRIVER'S LICENSE.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
  • Commitment to confidentiality.
  • Provision of three professional references.
  • Starting Wage: $19-22/hr based on experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous.
