AMR is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our team. As an EMT with AMR, you will respond to emergency and non-emergency medical requests, providing high-quality care and treatment to patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
- Documentation and Confidentiality: Accurately document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
- Environment and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients, adhering to company safety policies and traffic laws.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow EMTs, to provide seamless patient care.
- Community Programs: Participate in community programs to maintain AMR's image and establish strong community relations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Driver's License: State Driver's License
- Certifications: National or WA state EMT certification, CPR/BLS certifications
- Driving Record: Driving record in compliance with company policy
- Physical Agility: Pass Physical Agility Test
- Experience: Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
