About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an ABA Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA treatment programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client's home
  • Work with clients and families to implement client treatment plans
  • Attend staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
  • Complete daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Completed OR RBT Certification Required
  • Have availability Monday through Friday between 3pm - 8pm
  • An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy
  • Patience and passion to serve clients of varying ability
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to maintain a consistent schedule with clients
  • Ability to complete job's physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children
  • English fluency required
