At Magical Moments ABA, we are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA department as a Clinical Supervisor. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Trainees, developing and maintaining individualized behavior treatment plans, and providing assistance to children with special needs and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise RBTs and Trainees to ensure high-quality services
  • Develop and maintain individualized behavior treatment plans
  • Assist children with special needs and their families to achieve individual and family goals
  • Complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis
  • Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Experience providing services to individuals with Autism
  • Clear background check
