We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in Northern California.
Responsibilities- Deliver ABA treatment programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client's home
- Work with clients and families to implement client treatment plans
- Attend staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
- Complete daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner
- Bachelor's Degree Completed or RBT Certification Required
- Availability Monday through Friday between 3pm - 8pm
- An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy
- Patience and passion to serve clients of varying ability
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule with clients
- Ability to complete job's physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children
- English fluency required
