We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Golden Steps ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for our pediatric patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff.
  • Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within one month.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA principles.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
