Regional Sales Director

">The AVPro Edge Commercial AV Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth by securing new business and managing existing client accounts across the Central U.S. region (TX, OK, LA, AR, MO, KS, NE, IA, MN, ND, SD). This is a high-profile sales role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with various stakeholders and tailor messaging to different audiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Pro AV industry, with at least 5 years of experience in the Central U.S. region. They must be self-starters who can work independently and manage time effectively while maintaining a collaborative, team-first mindset. Additionally, they should have strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
This full-time remote position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid leave benefits, group health & life insurance, employer-paid dental and vision benefits, 401K matching, and supplemental insurance. The competitive salary ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with performance-based incentives.
