**Job Summary**

As a Food Server at River Gaming Enterprises, LLC, you will provide exceptional hospitality to our guests in a fast-paced casino environment. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Promote and deliver excellent guest service experiences to internal and external guests.
  • Answer menu or beverage questions and maintain knowledge of our dining and beverage offerings.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and complete all steps of service as assigned.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of food and beverage items to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
  • Maintain a reliable work attendance record with minimal absences and/or lateness.
  • Perform other special projects and duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume bar, restaurant, or nightclub is preferred.
  • In-depth wine and alcohol knowledge is preferred.
  • Must acquire and maintain a valid Gila River Environmental Health Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, Blood-Borne Pathogens (BBP) and other required compliance trainings.
  • Ability to perform the GILA WAY: Greet our guest, Interact positively with our guest, Listen actively to our guest, Appreciate our guest.
  • Excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
