Position Overview

NFC Amenity Management, recognized as the leading luxury amenity service provider for both residential and commercial properties, is seeking a dedicated Yoga Instructor to join our dynamic team.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Yoga Instructor, you will have the opportunity to conduct classes at some of the most prestigious locations, focusing on creating a welcoming environment for residents. Your main objective will be to motivate and guide individuals in achieving their wellness aspirations while nurturing a strong sense of community.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Welcoming participants with a friendly demeanor.
  • Designing and leading yoga sessions tailored to diverse fitness levels and age groups.
  • Developing engaging and structured routines that meet the needs of participants.
  • Providing clear guidance and demonstrations to ensure safe and effective practice.
  • Offering modifications to accommodate varying abilities.
  • Creating an inclusive and positive atmosphere to keep participants engaged.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized space for yoga practice.
  • Staying updated on current trends in yoga and wellness to enhance class offerings.
  • Building relationships with residents and addressing their wellness inquiries.
  • Collaborating with management to promote health initiatives within the community.
  • Tracking attendance for each session.
  • Ensuring a safe environment during classes.
  • Responding promptly to any emergencies and reporting incidents as necessary.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a recognized certification as a Group Exercise Instructor (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
  • Holding current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Presenting a professional appearance in your uniform.
  • Enjoying interaction with residents and guests.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong interpersonal skills. The compensation for this role is $35 per class.
