  2. Maintain instructional materials and ensure they are up-to-date with current healthcare standards and practices.
  3. Foster a supportive learning environment by establishing positive relationships with trainees and addressing their educational needs.
  4. Track and document student attendance and performance, providing timely reports to the administration.
  5. Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to staff meetings to enhance instructional effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred credentials include RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) or CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a medical office setting.
  • Consideration will be given to RNs (Registered Nurses), LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses), and individuals with advanced training in allied health who possess relevant teaching experience.
  • Current medical assistant certification from a recognized accrediting body is required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in curriculum development and classroom instruction.
  • Aptitude for data interpretation and analysis within educational frameworks.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • A valid State Teacher's Certificate is mandatory.
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is required.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
