Role Summary:
As a Yoga Instructor at NFC Amenity Management, you will have the opportunity to engage with residents at some of the most prestigious locations. Your primary responsibility will be to design and lead yoga sessions that accommodate a wide range of fitness levels and age demographics. Your mission is to inspire and empower individuals to reach their wellness aspirations while nurturing a supportive community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome participants warmly and professionally.
- Develop and implement yoga classes tailored to the diverse needs of residents and guests.
- Craft engaging and structured yoga routines that resonate with participant preferences.
- Deliver clear guidance and demonstrations to ensure safe and effective practice.
- Provide modifications and alternatives to suit varying fitness levels and abilities.
- Encourage a positive and inclusive environment during sessions to enhance motivation and accountability.
- Maintain a tidy and organized yoga space, ensuring all equipment is properly set up and cared for.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices to continually refine class offerings and provide insights to management.
- Build strong relationships with residents, addressing their wellness inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with management to initiate and promote wellness programs within the community.
- Keep accurate attendance records for each class.
- Ensure a safe environment for all participants during yoga sessions.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and report incidents to management.
- Adhere to all operational procedures and guidelines set forth by the management team.
- Maintain certification as a Group Exercise Instructor from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
- Hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Present a professional appearance in your uniform.
- Enjoy engaging with residents and guests in a friendly manner.
We seek a candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment and values personal interaction. The compensation structure is set at $35 per class. **Prior experience as a Yoga Instructor is essential.**
