Role Responsibilities:

As a Yoga Instructor, you will have the opportunity to engage with residents at some of the most prestigious locations, leading invigorating yoga sessions tailored to a diverse audience. Your mission will be to inspire participants to reach their wellness aspirations while cultivating a supportive community atmosphere.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming participants warmly and professionally.
  • Designing and conducting yoga classes suitable for various fitness levels and age demographics.
  • Creating engaging and structured yoga routines that resonate with the preferences of residents.
  • Delivering clear guidance and demonstrations to ensure safe and effective practice.
  • Providing modifications to accommodate different skill levels and abilities.
  • Encouraging a positive and inclusive environment to keep participants motivated.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized yoga space, ensuring all equipment is properly arranged and cared for.
  • Staying updated on current yoga trends and best practices to enhance class offerings.
  • Building strong relationships with residents and addressing their wellness inquiries.
  • Collaborating with management to promote wellness initiatives within the community.
  • Keeping accurate attendance records for each session.
  • Ensuring a safe environment for all participants during classes.
  • Responding promptly to any emergencies and reporting incidents as necessary.
  • Adhering to all operational procedures and guidelines set forth by management.
  • Maintaining certification as a Group Exercise Instructor from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
  • Holding current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Presenting a professional appearance in your uniform.
  • Enjoying interaction with residents and guests.

We are in search of an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses the ability to work independently. A welcoming demeanor and the ability to connect with participants are essential. The compensation for this role is $35 per class.
