Primary Duties
  • Process customer transactions using the dealership's software system
  • Accept payments via cash, checks, and credit cards, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Provide change and receipts to customers with precision
  • Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the correct department, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism and refer them to the appropriate team member for resolution
  • Operate the switchboard efficiently
  • Engage with callers in a courteous and efficient manner, aiming to reduce wait times
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Familiarize yourself with departmental structures and internal processes to assist customers effectively
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to convey customer needs and requests to management and sales teams
  • Professional appearance
  • Clean driving record
