Community Engagement Specialist

The Resident Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer support to prospective and current tenants, as well as property personnel. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of the property and its operational dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
In this capacity, you will assist property staff in orchestrating resident events and fostering a high-quality living environment for all residents.

- Outstanding communication abilities
- Administrative and organizational expertise
- Effective time management and prioritization skills
- A customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with state laws regarding fair housing
Physical Requirements:
The role necessitates regular activities such as sitting, standing, walking, talking, and reaching with various body parts. Occasional climbing may be required. Candidates should have the ability to perceive auditory and visual signals and be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Attendance Expectations:
This is a full-time position that may involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Active participation in company events is also expected.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have:
- Intermediate computer and internet proficiency
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Preferred experience with software such as Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, and Resident Check
- Customer service and event planning experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must be able to read and write in English fluently and perform intermediate mathematical functions.
