Our client, a leading custom food manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual HR Assistant to join their team in Dallas, TX.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bilingual support to the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll, and other HR-related tasks.
- Develop and maintain employee communications, including company-wide announcements and HR policies.
- Collaborate with management to resolve employee concerns and issues.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
