Bilingual HR Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual HR Assistant to join our team at Frontline Source Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
  • Manage employee timecards, benefits, and troubleshooting login issues
  • Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and manage the background process
  • Schedule orientations, conduct new hire orientations, and issue PPE and IDs
  • Complete the onboarding process in Paycor for all new hires
  • Send new hire announcements to the plant and help walk-in candidates submit employment applications
  • Monitor temps hours, request temps when needed, and help team members log into Paycor
  • Print paychecks stubs when requested and manage new hires/benefits enrollment completion
  • Manage the Employee Board, buy decorations when needed, and coordinate employee lunches on shift
  • CAP Program – gather CAP information and send to the appropriate person, and distribute employee gifts
  • Manage Petty Cash Program & Reconciliation, issue, track, and reconcile Sunday pay

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2+ years related human resources experience
  • Previous Paycor experience highly preferred
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and think critically
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish
