Job Summary

As an HR Coordinator at TDIndustries, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's human resources functions. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and monitoring various HR programs, such as new-hire paperwork, new employee orientations, and termination processes. You will also provide support to employees by answering general HR-related questions and assisting with benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete new-hire paperwork, including applications, I-9s, and other necessary documents
  • Conduct new employee orientations and maintain confidential HR files
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits and leave of absence
  • Assist with the termination process and unemployment claims
  • Prepare reports on key HR issues using data from the company's HR system
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
  • Strong ability to use MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems
