Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative

Staff My Agency is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely and thorough updates to management.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Bilingual - Spanish required, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong commitment to customer service and team success.
