Job Title: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Randstad, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service. You will work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to deliver on our promises and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure that customers receive their orders on time.
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic software skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
