Responsibilities and Requirements:

  1. Sell home warranty and related products to residential and commercial customers, following quality standards and guidelines.
  2. Makes outgoing calls to prospective clients to market and sell our services.
  3. Handle incoming customer calls, addressing concerns and providing product details.
  4. Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to satisfy them effectively.
  5. Achieve and surpass individual and group sales targets and performance metrics.

Job Specifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service with strong abilities in issue resolution and support.
  2. Direct and cross-selling experience when presented with opportunities.
  3. Excellent communication and listening skills, with the capacity to recognize consumer requirements via phone and digital interactions.
  4. Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales objectives and quotas.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in persuasive verbal communication, including influencing consumers.

Estimated Salary: $62,000 per year
