Tertiary Support to Senior Leaders

We are currently looking for a dedicated team player to provide high-level administrative support to our Principal and CEO. This role involves managing their daily operations, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining organizational systems.

As part of the Executive Team, you will work closely with senior leaders to create capacity for strategic planning, goal-setting, and decision-making. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Main duties:

  • Support Senior Leaders: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Principal and CEO, including calendar management, email processing, and document preparation.
  • Schedule Meetings: Coordinate meeting invitations, schedules, and reminders to ensure timely and productive discussions.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects initiated by the Principal and CEO, ensuring successful outcomes.
