About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking an intense, on-the-ground learning experience that touches all aspects of urban education, including instruction, operations, education policy, finance, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily communications, calendar, and workflow of both the Principal and CEO.
  • Represent the leaders effectively with staff, families, and external visitors.
  • Exercise outstanding judgment on sensitive matters and support the Principal and CEO in triaging and troubleshooting day-to-day challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with staff, parents, and external partners.
  • Demonstrates organizational excellence and detail orientation, with a keen awareness that getting the details right is critical to organizational success.
  • Able to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • An estimated annual salary of $65,000 based on experience level.
