About Vyve Broadband:
Vyve Broadband is a prominent Internet service provider dedicated to serving non-urban communities across 16 states. We are currently looking for a Commercial Retention Representative to enhance our commercial revenue by minimizing customer churn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for Business Solutions for clients lacking contracts or with contracts nearing expiration.
  • Support customer service efforts, including account management and contract renewals.
  • Effectively communicate marketing initiatives, product offerings, and services to clients.
  • Generate and present sales reports and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Oversee overdue accounts and work to retain clients considering modifications to their services.
  • Collaborate with the management team and utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:
Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or the wireless industry is necessary; office experience is a plus.
