Graduate Enrollment Engagement Officer

Position Overview:
The Graduate School Recruitment Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and appeal of the Graduate School. This position is essential for driving enrollment growth and establishing strong connections with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage recruitment events both on-campus and off-campus. This includes facilitating campus visits for potential students and representing the institution at various recruitment fairs.
- Prospective Student Engagement: Actively engage with prospective students to promote the Graduate School's offerings. This involves scheduling meetings, maintaining communication, and collaborating with faculty to provide insights into the programs.
- Research and Relationship Development: Conduct research on recruitment trends and develop strategies to attract competitive candidates. Build partnerships with external institutions to create pathways for prospective students.
- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that enhance the Graduate School's brand. Ensure that all communication materials are current and effectively convey the school's strengths.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the overall mission of the Graduate School.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, along with three years of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel for recruitment purposes are essential.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in marketing or business, along with familiarity with student information systems, is highly desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role.
Work Environment:
This position may require occasional work outside of standard business hours and involves a commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all prospective students.
