Core Responsibilities:

Sales and Market Expansion:

  • Discover and engage new business prospects to broaden the client portfolio.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with property owners, facility supervisors, and other influential stakeholders.
  • Deliver sales presentations and showcase fire alarm systems and services.
  • Draft and present customized proposals and contracts that meet client specifications.

Inspection and Service Management:

  • Organize and manage inspection and service schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to guarantee prompt and effective service execution.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with current clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Promote additional services and products to improve client safety and compliance.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and the technical team to address any service-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, specifically within fire alarm systems, safety equipment, or related sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented with a history of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as necessary.
