Job Summary

The Ecommerce Support Specialist plays a critical role in helping brand partners and customers achieve their Amazon and ecommerce PPC goals. This role is responsible for executing and daily optimizing digital marketing campaigns, planning launches, and making adjustments to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and apply Amazon selling philosophies to optimize budgets and spend for brand partners and clients
  • Analyze and manage pay-per-click campaign performance
  • Collaborate with managed accounts and internal teams to achieve goals
  • Assist the marketing and support team with other brand partner and customer needs
  • Work closely with the product team to identify growth opportunities
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding business needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, behavioral psychology, or related field
  • Experience and success with PPC campaigns and/or software-as-a-service marketing technology platforms
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Passionate about software, developing business, and technology
  • Previous experience selling on Amazon or other ecommerce platforms a plus
