The Ecommerce Support Specialist plays a critical role in helping brand partners and customers achieve their Amazon and ecommerce PPC goals. This role is responsible for the execution and daily optimization of digital marketing campaigns, planning launches, and making adjustments to exceed targets.

The Specialist works closely with brand partners and customers to understand their needs and objectives, proactively communicating campaign progress, providing insights, and aligning strategies with evolving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn philosophies related to Amazon selling and optimize budgets and spend for brand partners and clients
  • Analyze and manage pay-per-click campaign performance
  • Work closely with managed accounts and internal teams to achieve goals
  • Assist the marketing and support team with other brand partner and customer needs
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, behavioral psychology, or related field
  • Experience and success with PPC campaigns and/or software-as-a-service marketing technology platforms
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Passionate about software, developing business, and technology
