About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new leads within your assigned territory, including prospecting and sourcing
  • Be a trusted advisor and coordinate with appropriate Servos team members to engage with and build rapport with client stakeholders
  • Assist in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customers
  • Provide clear communication channels between Servos Solutions team and clients at all stages to keep transparent communication a priority
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow developments and leverage creative approaches to account management
  • Track sales pipeline, forecast performance, and achieve assigned quota
  • Participate in marketing and sales events
