At Jewish Family Service of Dallas, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clubhouse Staff Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our members to provide support and guidance in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members in goal setting and develop personalized plans to achieve their objectives
  • Provide one-on-one support and coaching to members in areas such as health and wellness, employment, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with staff and members to plan and implement activities and projects that promote socialization, education, and personal growth
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with MS Office and social media
