Job Responsibilities
  • Database Management: Oversee data integrity of Tessitura, pull list extractions for donor communication, create weekly reports on contributions, and utilize the database for donor stewardship and cultivation.
  • Gift Processing: Manage donor pledges and gifts, code transactions, send acknowledgment letters, assist with appeals and direct mail campaigns, and analyze donor giving patterns.
  • Budget Support: Work with the Director of Development on creating the annual budget, create financial reports, reconcile monthly income reports, and assist with the annual audit preparation.
Requirements
  • Experience with donor management and email management systems required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
