We are seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to join our External Relations team. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving our individual fundraising strategy and expanding key revenue streams.

In this role, you will cultivate and manage relationships with high-value donors, identifying opportunities to secure gifts ranging from $10,000 to $100,000. You will also develop and execute personalized donor engagement strategies to achieve annual revenue goals.

Fundraising Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with high-value donors to secure five- and six-figure gifts.
  • Develop and execute customized donor engagement strategies to retain and grow giving in the portfolio.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $76,000 - $86,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in fundraising, communications, or business development, with 3 years of progressive experience in direct fundraising and donor relationship management.
  • A proven track record of closing 5-figure gifts and communicating effectively with high-value donors and prospects.
  • Experience managing complex projects, iterating in real-time, and employing data for decision-making.
