Key Responsibilities:

As an Endoscopy Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on supporting surgical procedures and addressing issues within hospital operating rooms.

You will collaborate closely with the Endoscopy Sales Representative to foster business growth.

  • Assist Sales Representatives in marketing, promoting, and selling Stryker products.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the proper usage and maintenance of Stryker products, including functionality updates and changes to the product line.
  • After extensive training, customize Stryker's promotional messages based on customer insights, provide guidance on product selection, and address inquiries regarding product functionality.
  • Facilitate product evaluations in operating rooms and clinical settings.
  • Support the organization of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
  • Regularly update the regional manager on territory developments.
  • Resolve product-related issues for customers promptly.
  • Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products.
  • Adhere to all operating room and OSHA guidelines during product evaluations.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in an external sales role (preferably in medical fields). A Bachelor’s degree is required.
