Key Responsibilities

  • Draft essential documents such as representation agreements, purchase contracts, closing documents, deeds, and leases to facilitate a seamless home buying experience.
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to integrate them into the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
  • Identify prospective homebuyers and provide them with insights on available properties that align with their needs and financial parameters.
  • Act as the primary liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure a successful transaction.
  • Host open houses to connect with potential clients and familiarize them with the local real estate landscape.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a buyer's agent or in the real estate sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and prevailing trends is important.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car are required.
  • A proven track record of success in real estate is necessary.
