Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at Think Team Dillick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to grow sales opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Prospect for new leads and promote new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Create and present written purchase offers to facilitate a smooth and efficient closing process.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and community information to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven sales experience and success, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Compensation

$50,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions based on performance.
