Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Property Analysis
    • Assess client needs and preferences to identify suitable properties.
    • Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and local real estate conditions.
  • Transaction Management
    • Coordinate and facilitate the home buying process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
    • Prepare and execute necessary documents, including representation contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Education

Compensation
