Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Residential Security Advisor to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. As a Residential Security Advisor, you will be responsible for designing, presenting, and selling our award-winning security and home automation solutions to customers. You will also be responsible for scheduling in-home sales consultations and working directly with customers to identify and meet their security and automation needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate CPI Security's value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers.
  • Sales Performance: Self-generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Scheduling and Organization: Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned locations.
  • Product Merchandising: Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goals are achieved.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual.
  • Skills: Highly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity. Strong time-management, organizational, and prioritization abilities. Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals. Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive.
  • CRM Experience: Experience working with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus.
