About the Role

This flexible position requires billable hours to be met, and your caseload will be built up gradually according to your scheduling needs.

As an Early Start Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for completing evaluations and providing in-home and remote services to families of infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) who have developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate children's developmental skills and create individualized plans to support their growth.
  • Provide occupational therapy services in the comfort of clients' homes or remotely through video conferencing.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • California OT License.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children birth - 3 years of age is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
