About the Job

We are seeking a qualified individual to oversee the daily operations of our childcare facility in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staff Management: Proactively identify and suggest suitable staff replacements to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Curriculum Development: Create and implement an exceptional early childhood educational program aligned with the center's goals.
  • Staff Training and Support: Provide monthly in-service training and utilize external resources to enhance staff skills.
  • Scheduling and Maintenance: Establish a clear division of labor among staff and maintain a dynamic waitlist for optimal capacity.
Requirements:
  • A current Site Supervisor Permit or equivalent from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Supervisor capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with 24 ECE/CD units, including administration and adult supervision units.
Salary and Benefits:

$27 hourly, Paid Time Off after 90 days, Comprehensive training, Positive work environment, Family-oriented meals, and opportunities for growth and development.
