We're building the "Stripe for Health Benefits" to power the buying and administration of benefits on HR, payroll, and digital brokerage platforms.

What You'll Do

As a member of our Business Operations team, you'll play a key role in helping us go to market and support Clasp as we scale:

  • Develop and implement processes to support our growth, from early-stage gap filling to standing up new functional areas
  • Identify and develop new market segments and creative growth strategies to drive business expansion
  • Lead our signed partner accounts, tracking ROI, identifying growth levers, and ensuring adoption goals are met
  • Manage day-to-day partner account activities, building enablement materials, and ensuring integration milestones are met
  • Act as the voice of our customers in product development, driving feature requests that support partner growth targets

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an operator with at least 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or corporate strategy. You'll be a cross-functional leader who can get an organization working together towards strategic objectives, especially with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of taking projects from 0 to 1, managing everything from initial scoping and implementation to setting KPIs and ongoing monitoring. You'll be customer-obsessed, have a high bias for action, and a strong attention to detail.

Bonus:

  • Experience in growth and product is a huge plus
  • Background in payroll, insurance, or the healthcare space
  • Previous experience as an operator at an early-stage startup

Compensation Details

We offer competitive salaries in line with years of experience and work location. The annual US base salary range for this role is $160,000-$230,000. Our benefits include health insurance that is 100% covered, a $5K office budget, and unlimited PTO, among others.
