Job Description

At PayPal, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level staff support to Sales Leadership Teams, including executive-level reporting and progress against goals.
  • Partner with cross-organizational functions to deliver on various objectives, including workforce and budget planning, business initiative reporting, and operational reporting.
  • Streamline existing processes and recommend process improvements, automating workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and track key business metrics, defining and producing effective management reporting for various levels of management.
  • Capture, manipulate, analyze, and utilize data from multiple systems to create effective management reporting and trend analysis.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressively more responsible experience in leadership roles in technology, strategy & operations, business planning and analysis, project/program management, financial management and reporting, and/or business/systems analysis.
  • Preference for MBA Degree.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills, with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in, and influence change at all levels.
  • Outstanding written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint) required.
