Job Summary

This position directs the daily activities of store team members in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager during assigned shifts. The Night Manager is responsible for store operations by closing the store when scheduled, protecting store property and funds, and monitoring employee performance during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closing Procedures: Responsible for closing the store according to established procedures, ensuring a secure and organized environment.
  • Team Leadership: Directs and monitors the day-to-day activities of full-time/part-time store team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Communicates with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, resolving complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Conducts front-end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, and verification of cash tills.
  • Employee Development: May participate in the interviewing and disciplinary process, but does not have authority to make employment decisions.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other team members
  • Previous training/supervisory experience a plus
  • Ability to regularly lift 50lbs
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug test
