Financial Operations Manager

At Vaco, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis. The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for managing accounting and financial reporting, establishing and coordinating all accounting procedures for the business unit, and providing daily and/or weekly analysis and reporting on operational performance. Additionally, the candidate will assist in the formulation of the budget and prepare the monthly budget variance analyses. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing accounting and financial reporting
  • Establishing and coordinating all accounting procedures for the business unit
  • Providing daily and/or weekly analysis and reporting on operational performance
  • Assisting in the formulation of the budget and preparing the monthly budget variance analyses
  • Supervising the preparation and operation of monthly procedures and reconciliations
