Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our team at 5TH HEAD QUEARTER LLC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Perform tasks well before the pay run to ensure that staff members are compensated and notified on time.
  • Address queries about payroll-related issues and work to resolve discrepancies in payments as a matter of urgency.
  • Gather and examine timesheets to ensure their validity.

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual English/Spanish
  • Prior experience in Payroll, Administrative, or HR
  • Experience with Excel and great computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
