The Customer Service & Collection Specialist plays a vital role in our team, providing exceptional customer service by partnering with borrowers to find solutions to resolve their federal debt.

  • Review accounts daily to ensure accurate information
  • Update account information through our collections system
  • Comply with all federal and state laws regarding collection policies and procedures
