Care Coordinator

To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Education and Certification:- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing (diploma or AD).
- A registered nurse license in good standing.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to input data into computer programs.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment.
