Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct, individualized care to women and children by applying scientific nursing process and principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply evidence-based nursing practices to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and professional disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma, AD)
  • No previous experience required
  • Registered Nurse licensure and CPR-BCLS certification required
  • NRP and ACLS certifications within 6 months
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain a professional appearance at all times
