Job Overview

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to take on the role of a Warehouse Logistics Operator. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate various warehouse equipment, including the Raymond Reach Truck, Raymond Pacer Truck, Order Picker, and Sit-Down Lift.
  • Utilize carton to pallet scanning techniques to accurately offload cartons from the Sorter.
  • Efficiently identify and locate palletized freight from multiple sort lanes and organize them in designated storage areas.
  • Retrieve pallets from storage and load them onto outbound trailers, ensuring compliance with weight and customer specifications.
  • Implement and maintain 5S practices to foster a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and responsibilities as outlined.
  • Utilize DOCS, DStorage, Pick to Pallet, and RF Scanners for operational tasks.
  • Manage the workflow between off-loading, pallet storage, and loading processes.
  • Be open to cross-training for versatility across various job functions within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.

Experience:

  • Basic mathematical and analytical skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed productivity benchmarks consistently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Physical capability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting is advantageous.
  • Willingness to undergo training in relevant safety regulations as necessary.
