Key Responsibilities:- Commercial Responsibility: Lead a team of dedicated sales professionals and ensure revenue targets align with company growth objectives.
- Leadership & Development: Coach, mentor, and develop a team of revenue hunters, leveraging your expertise to raise the bar on sales team performance.
- Industry Insights: Develop industry and customer insights, leveraging existing relationships to fuel growth.
- Must-Haves:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in Promotional Products or selling services in the Automotive industry.
- Hands-On Commercial Experience: Proven track record in sales and business development, with expertise in managing a sales team and delivering measurable improvements in results.
- Location: Must be based in the Greater Detroit area.
