Role Summary:
The Quality Assurance Manager plays a pivotal role in establishing and executing strategies to ensure that products within the Voting System division are reliable, consistent, and compliant with both internal and external standards.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with various departments to define, implement, and maintain quality benchmarks and protocols for assigned products.
2. Create analytical tools to assess and monitor adherence to quality standards, presenting insights related to market conditions, production capabilities, and other relevant factors.
3. Develop and manage efficient testing frameworks, analyze results, and recommend actions to uphold quality assurance for designated products.
4. Work closely with suppliers to ensure material and component quality meets specifications.
5. Share quality assurance findings with stakeholders to clarify responsibilities, resource needs, and operational processes for timely product delivery.
6. Stay informed on industry advancements by reviewing technical literature and publications.
7. Foster a results-oriented environment by setting clear expectations, coaching, and developing team members.


Qualifications:
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a software quality assurance role, including:
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance for software
- Proficiency in Web Application and API testing
- Familiarity with SQL databases
- Experience in testing desktop applications and hardware is preferred
- Knowledge of automated testing for desktop applications and hardware is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
