  • Oversees the assessment of incoming raw materials regarding temperature, labeling, and overall condition. Documents findings on quality assurance forms. Evaluates incoming non-manufactured products for compliance with company standards and records details on quality assurance forms.
  • Conducts inspections of repackaged and finished goods to ensure alignment with company specifications. Records results on quality assurance forms.
  • Performs routine evaluations of sanitation practices, monitors employee hygiene, storage conditions, and checks for potential cross-contamination. Records any deficiencies and necessary corrective measures on quality assurance forms.
  • Ensures compliance with HACCP protocols for regulated items, including choice production, cooked, and marinated products. Takes appropriate actions as needed.
  • Examines returned products to determine their status. Documents findings on quality assurance forms.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Experience with data entry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently is necessary.
  • At least one year of experience in meat production is preferred.
