Schedule: Full Time 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 3:30pm until 12:00am. Hours based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees the assessment of incoming raw materials regarding temperature, labeling, and overall condition. Documents findings on quality assurance forms. Evaluates incoming non-manufactured products for compliance with company standards and records details on quality assurance forms.
- Conducts inspections of repackaged and finished goods to ensure alignment with company specifications. Records results on quality assurance forms.
- Performs routine evaluations of sanitation practices, monitors employee hygiene, storage conditions, and checks for potential cross-contamination. Records any deficiencies and necessary corrective measures on quality assurance forms.
- Ensures compliance with HACCP protocols for regulated items, including choice production, cooked, and marinated products. Takes appropriate actions as needed.
- Examines returned products to determine their status. Documents findings on quality assurance forms.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Experience with data entry is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently is necessary.
- At least one year of experience in meat production is preferred.
